Great productJanuary 14, 2009 M. Gormanson(Geoje, South Korea) 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
I've been having terrible calf strain from running and other various activities. I got the stick for Christmas and it has been amazing! The best time to use it is directly after exercising to get the lactic acid moving to help prevent sore muscles. I also take it into the shower with me and use it after I've been in about 10-15 minutes (or warm up my muscles with a heating pad prior to rolling). I wouldn't use this on "cold" muscles. All-in-all it is a great product. I also have a foam roller I got from the sports store which works great on tight IT Bands and sore hamstrings.

The Stick is exactly what my Chiropractor uses on my neck to relive the muscle tension. It is fantastic.

This massage stick is a great tool for massage after cycling. For what I use it for--primarily legs--it is a great size for everyday use and for travel
Toothbrush for your musclesJune 9, 2008 Marc Bernstein(New York, New York) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a perfect solution to a strenuous workout. Knead out the lactic acid build-up that accompanies your anaerobic efforts. Use this when a massage isn't available. When the going gets tough...Stick it out!
